Delivery & COD Policy


  1. Delivery Charges

    • A standard delivery fee of PKR 199 will be charged on all orders.

    • This delivery fee is non-refundable, even in the case of a return or exchange.

  2. Allow to Open Facility

    • Customers who wish to avail the “Allow to Open” option must inform our team during the order confirmation call.

    • If this request is not made during confirmation, the package will not be opened before payment.

    • The facility allows only an outer check of the product (design/fabric verification). Trial or usage before payment is not permitted.

  3. Order Confirmation

    • All COD orders are confirmed through a WhatsApp message or phone call from our team.

    • Only confirmed orders will be dispatched.

    • Once confirmed, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days under normal circumstances.

    • If an order remains unconfirmed for 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled.

  4. Returns & Replacements

    • In case of a return or exchange, the customer must pay the delivery fee of PKR 199 again for the replacement shipment.

    • Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or wrong item delivered.

  5. General Conditions

    • Azure Pret reserves the right to cancel or block COD for customers with repeated refusals or incomplete information.

    • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
